To promote the On-Demand and select theater releases of Last Flag Flying, Amazon Studios ran a social campaign that consisted of various types of social video content. Also, a scrollable microsite was launched that educated the audience about the 13 folds of a military service's flag and what they each represent.

Multiple social videos were designed to feature select photography, video clips and a brief backstory on each character.

Using clips from the film, creative captions were designed to push "social first" content that retained the aesthetic of the entire campaign.

Various countdown and quote cinemagraphs were also created for the campaign.

Several social video montages on varying themes were also cut and had creative captions applied.

folds of the flag

After researching the meaning behind each "fold of the flag", the scrollable experience was created using film footage and a custom designed flag image sequence. Each fold section contained links to social video content that could be shared across various social channels.
